Description
Join us this August at the Jersey Shore Airport in Pennsylvania for a great weekend of flying with friends old and new!
Preregistration is strongly encouraged! The pilot fee until August 15th is $50. Onsite pilot fee will be $60. T-Shirt preorders will be taken until July 25th. Register early if you want to guarantee a shirt in your size.
In addition to dry camping with porta potties, we will have a food truck and baked goods sales. Fingers crossed we will have not one but two balloon pilots and other special surprises!
Rules, schedule, on-site registration link, and other information can all be found below. Schedule changes and announcements will be communicated and posted on this page.
In the event of major changes, severe weather, or other emergencies we will also communicate to the pilot's cell phone number provided.
Pilot Preregistration
Please fly safe by reviewing and following these rules:
- Pilots must sign in and register.
- Signed waiver required before flying.
- Attend pilot briefing before flying.
- Follow pattern requirements.
- Wristband must be worn at all times.
- Keep the runway clear (remove equipment from the field and don't set up until just before launching).
- Landing pilots have right of way; look behind you before taking off.
- Fly commensurate with skill level.
- DO NOT harass wildlife or people.
- DO NOT fly low over people, buildings, or animals.
- Keep all equipment, tents, vehicles, and people behind the flight line unless directly involved in flight operations.
- NO loitering or acrobatics near takeoff/landing zones.
- NO flying at night – FAR 103.11 compliance required.
- Don’t fly in a manner that poses hazards – FAR 103.9(n) compliance required – No group training or student solos allowed! – Pets must be kept on a leash; clean up immediately after your pets.
Refunds & Cancellation:
If you preregister but are unable to attend please request a refund prior to August 23rd.
If the event is canceled due to events beyond our control full or partial refunds may be issued based on timing/reason for cancellation.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with rules or ignores air bosses' instructions which may result in being grounded/removed from property.

- 7AM - 7PM: Pilot Arrivals
- 4PM: Pilot Meeting
- 5:30PM - 7:30PM: Flights for Ducks
Saturday
- 7AM - 9AM: Flights for Ducks
- Lawn Games (Corn Hole/Ring Toss etc.)
- 4PM: Pilot Meeting & Annual Awards
- 4:45PM: Group Pictures
- 5:30PM -7:30 PM Flights for Ducks
Sunday All Day Clean Up Before Leaving! Let's leave airport litter-free!
- 7AM -9 AM: Flights For Ducks
- 10 AM Duck Drop Deadline Duck Drop Awards Evening Flying
