Baberton Paragliding Nationals

The Barberton Paragliding Open is the longest-running paragliding competition in Africa. This thrilling event will take place from June 15 to June 21, 2025, with a practice day scheduled for June 14. Set in the historical mining town of Barberton, the official meet center will be at the Barberton Golf Club, and participants will launch from Lone Tree Hill.

Daily Schedule Highlights

• 09:00 AM - Vehicles leave for take-off.
• 10:30 AM - Task briefing.
• 11:30 AM - Window opens.
• 03:00 PM - Window closes.
• 06:00 PM - Deadline for tracklog upload (Time to run FAI scoring formula).
