Hodges Field is a picturesque location, situated about 7 miles northeast of Americus, Georgia and approximately 3½ miles from the Jimmy Carter Regional Airport. For those traveling by road, it's just under a 2½-hour drive or 144 miles from Atlanta's I75/I20 junction, and slightly over a 3½-hour journey covering 190 miles from downtown Panama City, FL.

Fly-In Rules
Requirements for Participants:
- Sign a waiver before flying.
- Attend pilot briefing before flying.
- Wear a wristband at all times.
- Keep runway clear by removing unused equipment promptly after flight.
- Familiarize themselves with airspace and local conditions.
- Yield right of way to landing pilots.
Limitations for Participants:
- Do not harass wildlife or people.
- Avoid flying low over people, buildings, or animals.
- No demonstration flights without prior arrangement.

Q. Are less experienced pilots welcome? A. Yes! All experience levels are welcome; however, less experienced pilots are advised to limit their activities during busy times for safety reasons.
